Killing Kittens Kristmas KoKKtail of the Month !

Here at Killing Kittens, we are delighted once again to have the hottest award winning Cocktail Master around,  Carl Anthony Brown! Carl has designed for us, our very own KK Kristmas KoKKtail to get us feeling extra festive and in the KK party mood.

Kristmas KoKKtail – Month Two.

As we move into the month of December…. Our bodies still tingling from the filth & fantasy of November, our minds and wants chase down that Christmas cheer to indulge us. Our Santas naughty helpers outfits come out… The tom in his tantalisingly tactful Rudolf pouch… The kitten in red, making Rudolf twitch.. time for a drink to get this party started…

Saucey Bramble

The drink looks stunning & tastes divine (similar to our kittens :p )..  but there is a little prep need to make it perfectly. Take some mulled wine, it doesn’t matter if its a bit old. add 50g caster sugar to every 200ml, put the ingredients in a pan, turn the heat on a low steady heat and let it reduce by 30/40%. This is your reduction. For extra pep.. add 25ml rum to 200ml wine.

If you have a shaker?

Add the ingredients;

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

35ml Gin

fill with ice & Shake hard. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Then drizzle your reduction over the top. 25ml minimum or make it as sweet as you want.

No shaker?

Add the ingredients;

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

35ml Gin

To a blender with 2 cubes of ice, blend until smooth. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. pour into a rocks glass over ice. Then drizzle your reduction over the top. 25ml minimum or make it as sweet as you want.

Tricks of the Trade…

Make a simple syrup & keep it bottled at home. it won’t go off.

2 parts granulated sugar

1 part boiling water

Stir until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
